Paving the Path to Glory: Preparing for the Lord in the Wilderness

Paving the Path to Glory: Preparing for the Lord in the Wilderness

A voice cries out:

“In the wilderness prepare the way of the Lord,
make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain. Then the glory of the Lord shall be revealed,
and all people shall see it together, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” -
Isaiah 40:3-5

Today, Isaiah 40:3-5 speaks of a voice calling in the wilderness, preparing the way for the Lord, making straight paths, and revealing God’s glory for all to see.

GRATITUDE PRAYER FOR GOD’S SALVATION

Heavenly Father, help me prepare my heart to receive You fully. Remove anything
in my life that blocks Your presence and makes my path straight to walk in Your ways. God, bring transformation in my life, lifting my low valleys of doubt and fear and humbling the mountains of pride and sin. Renew me according to Your will.

Heavenly Father, may Your glory be revealed in my life and through me, so that others may see and know Your greatness and love. Lord, I trust in Your promises and Your timing. Strengthen my hope as I wait for Your plan to unfold in my life and in the world.

God, use me as a voice in the wilderness, proclaiming Your truth and preparing the
the way for others to encounter Your love and salvation. Father, may all people come to see and experience Your glory. Unite us in the hope and joy of Your salvation.

Amen!
